Submission
1.Format and Template: All submissions must be written in English. Authors should follow the provided formatting guidelines and template when preparing their papers.
2.Submission Policy: Submitted abstracts and papers must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration at any other conferences. By submitting, authors agree that if their paper is accepted, at least one author will register, attend the conference, and present the paper.
3.Presentation Opportunity: During the peer-review process, submissions deemed significant may be selected for presentations, and authors will be encouraged to share their work.

Editorial Policy
1. Originality and Copyright: All articles submitted to ICCEEE2025 must be original, unpublished works that have not been previously published or submitted for publication elsewhere. Authors must hold the rights to their work and confirm that no part of the article’s copyright has been assigned to any third party, including institutions, organizations, or individuals.
2. Peer-review Statement: Each submission will undergo a rigorous peer-review process conducted by experts in relevant fields. Manuscripts will be evaluated based on several criteria, including the significance of the research problem, originality, contributions to the field, technical soundness, accuracy, clarity of presentation, and relevance to the conference’s audience. Only submissions meeting high academic and technical standards will be accepted for inclusion in the conference.
2. Grounds for Rejection: ICCEEE2025 maintains strict quality standards and reserves the right to decline submissions in the following cases:
Relevance: Submissions that do not align with the theme, scope, or objectives of ICCEEE2025 will not be considered.
Lack of Scholarly Rigor: Submissions that lack rigorous reasoning, are unsupported by statistical data, experimental evidence, or design frameworks may be deemed unsuitable.
Plagiarism: Submissions containing any form of plagiarized material will be automatically disqualified.
Misconduct: Articles with clear signs of research misconduct, such as data manipulation or unethical practices, will not be accepted.
3. Anti-Plagiarism Policy: ICCEEE2025 has a zero-tolerance policy on plagiarism. All articles will undergo similarity checks using iThenticate. Any paper failing to meet plagiarism standards will be removed from the review and publication process.
4. Conflict of Interest Disclosure: Authors are required to disclose any potential conflicts of interest related to the research, funding sources, or affiliations that might influence the submitted work. Transparency in this regard is essential to maintain the integrity of the review process.
5. Ethical Compliance: Authors should ensure that their research complies with all relevant ethical standards, including those related to human or animal subjects, data privacy, and institutional guidelines. Articles that fail to meet ethical requirements may be subject to rejection.
Conference Refereed Publication
Authors of selected papers who indicate their intention to publish in the ICCEEE2025 proceedings will receive formal notification regarding the acceptance of their full papers after the review process. The Conference Chairs will carefully evaluate submissions based on quality, relevance, and contribution to the field. Selected papers will be organized into thematic sections or chapters, curated to enhance the coherence and impact of the conference publication.
