Notes:
1. Delegates from the organizing institution (Changchun Institute of Technology) can enjoy a 15% discount.
2. The registration fee for student delegates does not cover the banquet.
Registration Steps:
1. Complete the remittance according to the type of attendance and save a screenshot of the payment record.
2. Fill out the registration form.
Refund Policy for Conference Registration Fees:
1.Once the registration fee is paid, the manuscript will enter the publication process. Under normal circumstances, the fee is non-refundable.
2.If the author requests a withdrawal after the manuscript is accepted, the conference will cancel the publication arrangement, and 80% of the registration fee will be refunded. For detailed refund policies, please refer to the attached document: Conference Refund Guidelines.
